Make us your base to explore Jamaica's south coast.

Two Seasons Guest House is located in Treasure Beach, St. Elizabeth, on Jamaica's south coast.

Treasure Beach is about two to two and a half hours drive from the Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, and about three hours drive from the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.



Two Seasons Guest House is a bed and breakfast facility. Lunch and dinner can be provided by pre-arrangement.
For breakfast we offer Jamaican fare (ackee and saltfish, mackerel and banana) or eggs or pancakes.

With 10 screened bedrooms with own bathrooms, rooms can be reserved individually or the entire house can be reserved for small group gatherings, such as family reunions or executive retreats, faith-based or health and wellness gatherings.

There are seven standard rooms with fridge and kettle, four of which are air-conditioned, and three studios with fan and kitchenette equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and utensils.

Each room is equipped with cable television. Free Internet access is available on property. There are board games, stereo and DVD player with a wide variety of DVDs for the enjoyment of guests in our living room.

Children of all ages are welcome. One child under the age of 12 years staying in a room with one or two adults stays free.

Enjoy our private pool for a cooling dip or for a pool-side party.

The expansive lawn is ideal for "kicking ball" - football (soccer ball) available on property.
Benches under the Lignum Vitae trees are great for just chilling.
Beaches, restaurants and bars are in walking distance (10-15 minutes).

We will gladly assist in arranging tours of the South Coast and the rest of the island.

Two Seasons Guest House, which is registered with the Jamaica Tourist Board, was a South Coast organizational finalist in the Ministry of Tourism's 2010 & 2011 Tourism Service Excellence Programme.

Talking Trees Literary Fiesta

Lovers of literature will enjoy a relaxing day on May 23, 2015, listening to a variety of established and emerging writers, at Two Seasons Talking Trees Literary Fiesta on the grounds of Two Seasons Guest House in Treasure Beach, on Jamaica's South Coast.

Reflecting the voices of "those who came" to enrich the cultural fabric of Jamaica, already confirmed are ...
  • Jamaica’s third Poet Laureate, UWI Professor Emeritus Mervyn Morris
  • UWI Professor Emeritus of English and poet, Eddie Baugh
  • young adult author and one of the Fiesta’s organizers, Gwyneth Harold-Davidson (Young Heroes of the Caribbean)
  • retired UWI lecturer, writer and editing professional, Victor Chang (Journal of West Indian Literature Pathways, a journal of creative writing)
  • performance poet, Cherry Natural
  • story-teller, Amina Blackwood-Meeks
  • poet, Tanya Shirley
  • and co-ordinator of the Jamaica Observer’s literary publication, Bookends and short-story writer, Sharon Leach

The Fiesta will climax with readings by multiple award winning poet, Lorna Goodison.

Some eight other wordsmiths have been approached, including writer, Geoffrey Haddad (If I’m not back by Wednesday).

Fabian Thomas will be the Master of Ceremonies for the day, and his 10-minute play, Devon, will be staged. The play was one of the works presented in the Eight by Ten theatre festival (eight plays of ten minutes performed each night for three nights) held in September 2014 at the Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts, The UWI, Mona.

Billed as a family affair, there will be a special children’s programme.

Talking Trees Literary Fiesta on May 23, 2015 is presented by Two Seasons Guest House in association with the Gloria Lyn Memorial Fund and the Department of Literature in English, The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.

Treasure Beach Events

Koriann South of Treasure Beach was crowned Mini Miss Jamaica in Dec. 2010.

She committed to raising funds for projects across St. Elizabeth, Jamaica during her reign.
With the help of corporate sponsors, other organizations, and donations raised at events she has contributed to schools, children's homes, and other charities.

As she counts down to the end of her reign, Koriann presents Gospel by the Sea, at Sunset Resort and Villas, her father?s property in Treasure Beach, on Saturday October 15, 2011 at 7 pm.

Special guest artistes are Judith Gayle and D. J. Nicholas in addition to many others. All proceeds go to the Sandy Bank Primary and Basic School and the Pedro Plains Primary School.

The South Coast Hook and Line Fishing Tournament happens at Calabash Bay, Treasure Beach, October 15-17, 2011. The competition ends at 2 p.m. with the prize giving at 5 p.m.


The St. Elizabeth Home Coming Foundation hosts a week of celebration from Sunday, November 20 to Sunday, November 27, 2011.

And pre-Homecoming Week activities from November 8 to 18th.

The St. Elizabeth Home Coming activities will showcase the best of the parish's culture and sports, highlighting the outstanding achievements of the parish's sons and daughters local and international.
